YOUR FIRST MUD RUN COURSE MAP
It’s 10 feet high and might be our toughest obstacle to complete. It’s the most fun when you fail, but try getting a bounce up to get you started over the wall.
Slop Fest (Mud Pit) Fun is where it’s at. If you’re afraid to get dirty, then maybe you’re in over your head, and if you like good “dirty” fun, then you should get in over your head! A Barrel roll is advised for optimal muddiness.
great walls of nj
Great Walls of New Jersey (Wall Climb), Your First Mud Run was created in New Jersey, and we have had many walls to climb, so make sure you are ready for this challenge
tubes of terror
Tubes of Terror (Crawl Through Tubes), they aren’t really so terrible, just a cool name. If our mascot Yorkie, Nullah, can make it through, so can you.
carry your weight
Carry your weight (Tire or Sandbag), test your strength and endurance!
an elephant never forgets
An Elephant Never Forgets (Memory Test) – Lets see if you can think on your feet, while being in the mud. Who doesn’t like a good brain game while you’re exhausted?
Agility Tubes (Inflatable Tubes): Try to stay on your feet as you try to make it through 50 inflatable tubes, or don’t. It’s fun to bounce around on the tubes!
Rapunzel’s Climb (Rope Climb), we all need more cowbell, so ring the bell at the top of a 12 foot climb, or 10 feet for the kiddos.
Quad Burners (Heavy Jump Rope) – By the 10 you finish 10 reps of these super heavy jump ropes, your quadriceps will be on fire! Choose your rope wisely, the bigger ones for bigger people
The Pit – (Burpees/Pushups/Mountain Climbers) We will challenge your fitness and separate the weak from the strong. And Not to mention, it’s our easiest obstacle to assemble.
Fly Trap (Bungee Step Over) – It’s nothing too intricate, but it will definitely slow you down. Lift those knees!
hang on tight
Hang On Tight (Slip Wall) – Two slippery walls side by side equipped with ropes to help you on your quest.
Gasser’s (Step-Ups / Box Jumps) – Another quad burner meant to test your conditioning and fitness.
